Job summary

BaBylissPRO US, part of Conair, seeks a strategic leader to own social media and social commerce in Stamford, CT. Build an in‑house team, set vision for social content, and drive the 2027 TikTok Shop launch with cross‑functional partners across marketing, product, and education.

You will guide creators, manage managers, and partner with ecommerce, brand, and PR to deliver measurable results while shaping a consumer‑forward social agenda.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in social media or social commerce, preferably in beauty or consumer products.
• Hands-on expertise on Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube with platform-specific strategy.
• Experience building and scaling a social team and managing managers.
• Experience leading influencer marketing and social commerce launches.
• Experience launching TikTok Shop or bringing agency functions in-house.

Responsibilities

• Design and lead BaBylissPRO US's social media and social commerce strategy.
• Build and organize the in‑house social team and governance.
• Define content pillars, editorial strategy, and brand voice with managers.
• Lead influencer and creator strategy and partnerships.
• Plan the TikTok Shop launch and align with ecommerce and sales.
• Set community management standards and translate trends into strategy.
• Shape PR strategy and brand partnerships with cross‑functional teams.
• Define KPI framework and report insights to GTM planning.
