Responsibilities

• Review facility policies and procedures with the interdisciplinary team to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Participate in developing and updating resident care policies and social work policies.
• Develop and utilize a resource listing for residents and families.
• Lead quality assurance interdisciplinary team meetings and document progress.
