You will forecast annual sales targets, drive recruitment and compensation strategies, and collaborate with product and marketing to improve competitive position. Travel is expected 30-50% as needed.

Qualifications

• Seasoned sales leadership experience in Property & Casualty or commercial insurance.
• Proven ability to coach field management talent and develop growth strategies.
• Strong communication, analytical and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities
