CapstoneONE Search is seeking a Director of Site Operations to lead a major U.S. manufacturing site, with full P&L ownership for a facility approaching 1,000 employees and over $1 billion in annual revenue.

The role reports to the VP of Operations and spans Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain, Finance, Quality, Maintenance, EHS, and HR. You will build a high-performance culture, develop strategic plans, and drive safety, quality, delivery, cost, and cash performance while partnering with

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Operations, or a related discipline.
• 15+ years of progressive manufacturing leadership experience.
• Demonstrated experience owning a substantial manufacturing P&L and translating financial objectives into operational results.
• Strong background in Lean/continuous improvement, capital planning, asset utilization, and executive-level communication.

Responsabilidades

• Own the full site P&L and drive performance across revenue, profitability, cash flow, working capital, operating cost, productivity, capital investment, and return on assets.
• Lead and develop a senior cross-functional leadership team, establishing priorities and alignment around objectives.
• Develop and execute the site’s strategic and annual operating plans, including budgeting and capacity planning.
• Drive manufacturing excellence across safety, quality, delivery, productivity, cost, and asset optimization.
• Evaluate capacity, equipment, technology, and infrastructure and lead capital deployment for growth.
• Serve as the senior site interface with executive leadership and key customers for reviews and issue resolution.
• Build organizational capability through talent assessment, leadership development, and succession planning.
