Job summary

First Point Group in the United States seeks a senior leader to drive and execute our U.S. aftermarket service strategy. This remote-based role includes extensive travel across the United States and Texas to lead a cross-functional team delivering field service and commissioning.

You will build a nationwide ASP network, define service standards, ensure OSHA compliance, manage budgets, and align US operations with headquarters to maximize uptime and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher required.
• 8+ years leadership experience in US data center cooling or related field.
• Minimum 3 years in Director-level roles.
• Proven ability to build service orgs and partner networks from scratch.
• Experience managing 100+ field staff across multiple sites.

Responsibilities

• Build and scale Shenling's U.S. aftermarket service organization from the network.
• Develop, qualify, and manage a nationwide ASP (Authorized Service Provider) network.
• Lead project delivery, site commissioning, corrective maintenance, and 24/7 operations.
• Establish and manage internal field service, technical support, dispatch, and operations teams.
• Define service standards, operational procedures, and EHS compliance programs.
• Drive customer satisfaction, service quality, SLA performance, and issue resolution.
• Develop aftermarket service offerings, preventive maintenance programs, and revenue-generating service solutions.
• Manage service budgets, operational costs, and resource utilization.
• Ensure compliance with U.S. regulations, including OSHA, labor laws, and EHS programs.
• Act as the primary liaison between U.S. operations and headquarters.
