The ideal candidate will have clinical credentials (MD/DO or RN) or a related undergraduate degree with health services leadership experience in home health care, plus the ability to manage programs and staff effectively.

Position: Director of Services

NHC HomeCare Dickson is looking to hire a Director for Services to join our team! The qualified HomeCare manager hired by the Regional Administrator with input from the agency Administrator and approval of the AVP, Clinical Operations and approved by the governing body to direct and coordinate the activities of the HomeCare agency’s branch office.

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed physician or Registered Nurse or holds at least an undergraduate degree (Bachelor’s or Associate’s) AND
• Has experience in health service administration, with at least 1 year of supervisory or administrative experience in home health care or a related health care program.
