The role leads end-to-end program management across definition, execution and customer engagement, while shaping portfolio, resources, and governance in a fast-growing post-acquisition environment.

Qualifikationen

• Master’s degree in Engineering; MBA is a plus.
• 15+ years in automotive or high-tech with leadership in programs.
• Proven track record in large cross-site programs with budget accountability.

Aufgaben

• Build, lead and develop the Program Management team for SerDes Networking Solution segment.
• Drive Project Portfolio and Pipeline Management, aligning investments and resources with strategy and budget.
• Oversee program definition activities including market input, product positioning, and execution strategy (make/buy/partner).
• Act as a partner to Product Line leadership in portfolio decisions.
• Drive disciplined planning, risk management, budget tracking, and milestone control across multi-site teams.
