Fairmont Hotels & Resorts, Washington, D.C. location, seeks an experienced Security Manager to lead the Security team and ensure exemplary guest and colleague safety.

Responsibilities include enforcing regulations, developing fire prevention and life safety programs, and coordinating events with VIPs. Ideal candidate has at least 2 years of hotel security management, luxury hotel experience, and strong coaching, communications, and incident response skills.

Qualificações

• Minimum 2 years' security management experience in hotel operations.
• Luxu ry hotel experience preferred.
• University degree or college diploma in related field preferred.
• Extensive experience in Loss Prevention, Life Safety Systems, and Emergency First Aid.
• Advanced First Aid and CPR training preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the Security team to achieve exceptional guest service and colleague satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with all regulations including OSHA and life safety codes.
• Develop and coach the Safety and Security team for ongoing growth.
• Oversee Life Safety Systems and Fire Prevention Programs.
• Coordinate VIP, events, and dignitary visits as required.
• Manage security equipment and incident investigations.
