• Maintain professional relationships with clients and client confidentiality.
• Policy adherence and privacy compliance for health information.

• Set realistic weekly and monthly performance targets in line with contract requirements.
• Provide oversight for all program aspects in absence of Program Manager.
• Prepare reports for CAMBA management and funders.
