Qualifications

• Commitment to users’ privacy and cypherpunk ethos.
• Experience with open-source software development and security oversight.
• Hands-on coding experience in modern languages such as Rust, Swift, Kotlin, and Go.
• Strong leadership with cross-functional collaboration across engineering, research, and assurance.
• Experience administering security incident response processes and audits.

Responsabilités

• Oversee and improve security incident response for software, supply chains, and infrastructure.
• Communicate security flaws and mitigations with precision and timely updates to communities.
• Manage relationships with other projects and external security assessors.
• Budget and direct security infrastructure, devices, and software.
• Onboard/offboard staff with secure procedures and access controls.
• Ensure compliance with data protection and other regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with engineering and QA to head off bugs and deploy mitigations.
