Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive security operations experience, including at least 5 years in a supervisory role.
• Experience managing security personnel within a museum, cultural institution, or complex institutional environment.
• Strong knowledge of CCTV, access control, intrusion detection, fire alarm, and life safety systems.
• Experience developing security policies, emergency procedures, training programs, and incident response protocols.
• Confident making decisions and leading teams during high-pressure or emergency situations.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience preferred.

• Manage the security budget while identifying opportunities to strengthen operations and improve efficiency.

Who You Are

• You have 7+ years of progressive security operations experience, including at least 5 years in a supervisory role

Salary Range: $120,000 – 150,000 annually, based on experience
