Key Responsibilities For The Director, Financial Reporting
- Lead the preparation, review, and filing of Forms 10-K, 10-Q, and support 8-K and Proxy reporting activities
- Own external financial disclosures and ensure compliance with SEC regulations and U.S. GAAP requirements
- Manage quarterly and annual reporting cycles across key finance and business stakeholders
- Maintain and enhance disclosure controls, SOX certifications, and reporting governance processes
- Partner with external auditors and provide technical accounting guidance on reporting matters
Qualifications For The Director, Financial Reporting
- 10+ years of experience in public accounting, SEC reporting, or public company financial reporting
- Strong experience preparing and reviewing SEC filings within a publicly traded company environment
- Deep knowledge of SEC regulations, Regulation S-X, Regulation S-K, and U.S. GAAP disclosure requirements
- CPA required; Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required
