Job summary

Meeting Street Schools in Charleston, SC, is seeking a Director of Operations to lead all non-instructional functions across the campus and align with the network's mission. You will oversee facilities, safety, food services, enrollment, compliance, and more, reporting to the Chief Operating Officer and guiding a team of school-based staff.

Qualifications

• Proven experience supervising and managing high-performing operations organization and/or equivalent.
• Ability to develop and manage budgets for multiple projects or departments.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, G- Suite, and project management software.
• Experience creating and managing task management systems for facilities operations, including tracking and prioritizing requests.

Responsibilities

• Lead school operations across campus with focus on facilities, safety, enrollment, and compliance.
• Manage a team of operations staff and coordinate with external vendors.
