Job summary

Meta Power Solutions, a leading manufacturer and supplier of MV transformers, LV switchboards, and EV charging substations, seeks a Director of Sales to drive revenue across EPC, Distribution, Utility, Channel, and Energy as a Service divisions.

You will lead a 30+ person sales organization, develop market strategies, and align cross-functional teams to expand our utility and renewables footprint while exceeding targets.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of sales leadership experience.
• MBA preferred.
• Salesforce experience highly desirable.
• Experience leading a 30+ person sales team.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and inspire a sales organization of 30+ individuals (via 5 direct-report Division Managers) to exceed targets.
• Develop and execute effective sales strategies to penetrate new markets and maximize revenue opportunities.
• Own the master forecast and monitor KPIs to measure team performance.
• Identify and pursue opportunities in utilities, renewable energy, EV charging stations.
