Director of Sales and Community Relations (Project Management)

Brandywine Living, a premier provider of quality senior living, is seeking a Director of Sales and Community Relations to join the team! The comfort and care of our residents is our highest priority. The Director of Sales and Community Relations is responsible for achieving occupancy/census goals through marketing and sales activities such as telemarketing, tours, follow-up, developing referral sources, and maintaining a waitlist of qualified applicants.

Position Details:

  • Full-time position, one weekend day a week
  • Salary plus commission

Key Responsibilities:

  • Track all sales and marketing activities accurately and report weekly/monthly to the Corporate Director of Marketing and Communications
  • Maintain an up-to-date database of prospects, professionals, and families, including follow-up procedures
  • Maintain a viable waitlist of qualified potential residents
  • Conduct community tours and communicate deposit and lease procedures effectively to prospects and families
  • Build and maintain relationships with referral sources through visits, events, and communication
  • Strive to meet census goals (occupancy, move-ins, community fees)
  • Develop and manage the community marketing plan, including events, advertising, social media, and budget allocation
