This role oversees FMCSA, DOT, OSHA, PHMSA, EPA, TCEQ regulatory programs, driving accountability and continuous improvement while supporting company growth.

• Bachelor's degree in safety or risk-related field.
• 10+ years of progressive safety leadership experience.
• 5+ years leading multi-site operations.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute the company's safety strategy and objectives.
• Lead regulatory compliance programs with FMCSA, DOT, OSHA, PHMSA, EPA, and TCEQ.
• Oversee incident investigations, root cause analyses, and corrective actions.
• Manage safety metrics, audits, and reporting to executives.
• Build and lead a high-performing safety organization across locations.
