Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 4 years in safety regulation administration.
• Six years of professional occupational health or safety management experience.
• Expert knowledge of safety management systems and risk assessment.
• Knowledge of FRA, OSHA, GCOR, and railroad safety rules.

Responsibilities

• Approve time off and coordinate staff schedules.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and Metra policies.
• Lead audits and regulatory reporting including FRA System Safety.
• Provide training on FRA, FTA, and Metra safety regulations.
