Job summary

Goliath Construction Consulting, Inc. is seeking an experienced Director of Safety in Dallas, TX to lead companywide safety programs for a construction contractor.

This role oversees regulatory compliance, supports project teams, and promotes a proactive safety culture across office and field operations. The ideal candidate has 10+ years in safety for MEP/commercial/industrial construction, with OSHA 1910/1926 knowledge and a credential such as OSHA 500 or CHST.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in occupational safety, construction, or related field.
• 10+ years of relevant safety experience in MEP, commercial, or industrial construction.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA 1910/1926 standards and safety-management systems.
• Experience developing safety training, hazard analyses, and emergency plans.
• OSHA 500, CHST, or Safety Trained Supervisor credential required; advanced certifications preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills; Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities
