Job summary

CrossCountry Consulting LLC is seeking a senior leader to drive client delivery in SaaS FP&A for Private Equity portfolios. You’ll own origination, expansion, and strategy across sponsors, advising CFOs/CEOs on cadence, capital efficiency, and board narratives.

You will standardize SaaS KPIs, implement rolling forecasts, and oversee board-ready reporting for multiple portfolio companies, while applying AI tools to elevate diagnostics and outputs.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in SaaS FP&A with Private Equity-backed exposure
• Proven track record owning annual origination and expansion targets
• Mastery of SaaS KPIs and CFO operating cadence
• Experience leading multi-workstream programs across several portfolio companies simultaneously
• Executive communication skills with ability to deliver data-driven materials to C-suite and boards
• Experience with Adaptive, Anaplan, NetSuite, Intacct, Alteryx, Power Query, SQL, Tableau, and Power BI
• Strong experience partnering with Data & Analytics to produce outputs and deliverables
• Demonstrated ability to responsibly explore and adopt firm-approved AI tools to enhance productivity and innovation
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; MBA or CPA preferred
• Willingness to travel up to 30%

Responsibilities

• Lead development and delivery of services for Private Equity sponsors in SaaS
• Advise CFOs and CEOs on FP&A cadence, capital efficiency, and board narratives
• Standardize SaaS KPIs and modeling frameworks
• Implement driver-based planning and rolling forecasts tied to bookings and headcount
• Oversee board-ready reporting packages and 13-week cash flow forecasts
• Guide clients on tools including Adaptive, Anaplan, Workday, NetSuite, Intacct, SQL, Tableau, Power BI
• Codify SaaS FP&A playbooks and cohort economics across engagements
• Oversee multiple delivery teams ensuring quality and margin targets
• Embed firm-approved AI tools to accelerate diagnostics and narrative generation
• Stay informed about emerging AI techniques and compliant opportunities
• Recruit, coach, and promote top talent
• Mentor team members and support career progression
• Publish insights, speak at PE portfolio forums, and lead benchmarking initiatives
• Create new service offerings and own origination and sales targets
