The role involves leading client support within the Office of the CFO, enhancing financial functions, and mentoring junior team members. Ideal candidates will have extensive FP&A experience, particularly in the Software/SaaS industry, and strong analytical skills. Qualifications

• 9+ years’ experience in FP&A preferably in a Private Equity backed company.
• Software/SaaS industry experience is required.
• Experience conversing with the Controller group and accounting team.

Responsibilities

• Serve clients within the 'Office of the CFO’ at private equity portfolio companies.
• Lead the implementation of a portfolio support capability.
• Mentor team members by coaching colleagues and providing regular feedback.

Skills

Strong analytical and modeling skills

Experience mentoring junior team members

Advanced expertise in Microsoft Excel

Fluent knowledge of financial statements
