White Cap is seeking a Director, Risk Management to lead insurance, claims and enterprise risk across the organization in the United States. You will partner with Finance, Legal, EHS, Operations and Supply Chain to strengthen risk mitigation and business resilience.

You will develop risk strategies, dashboards, and executive reporting, manage budgets and reserves, and oversee due diligence for acquisitions. 9+ years in risk management with a BS/BA is required; certifications are a plus.

Qualifications

• BS/BA in related discipline with strong risk-management foundations.
• 10+ years progressive corporate risk-management or related experience.
• Leadership across complex programs and professional staff.
• Strong knowledge of commercial insurance, casualty claims and loss analysis.
• Proven ability to translate complex risks into actionable business guidance.

Responsabilités

• Leads corporate insurance and risk strategy including design and renewals.
• Manages broker, carrier, underwriter and external risk-partner relationships.
• Oversees workers’ compensation, casualty and other claims and reserves.
• Supports Enterprise Risk Management, risk assessments and mitigation plans.
• Develops risk dashboards and executive reporting for senior management and the Board.
• Leads risk-management professionals and drives continuous improvement.
