• Lead risk management activities and identify potential risks affecting patient safety and hospital operations.
• Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA), Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA), and other quality improvement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies, The Joint Commission standards, and applicable CMS/DHS regulations.
• Collaborate with clinical teams, medical staff, and hospital leadership to address risk-related concerns.
• Support accreditation readiness, regulatory compliance, and process improvement initiatives.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field; a Master's degree is preferred.
• 2-5 years of risk management experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Acute-care hospital experience and previous Director of Risk Management experience.
• At least 3 years of leadership experience.
