The position requires NM RN licensure, at least 5 years nursingExperience including 3 in a director capacity, and readiness to obtain CPHRM within three years.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee insurance policies related to professional and general liability, and property claims.
• Serve as Compliance and Ethics Officer for the facility.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the overall risk management program, focusing on risk identification, avoidance, and mitigation.
• Collaborate with leadership, healthcare providers, and staff to implement effective risk management solutions.
• Manage litigation-related activities including investigations, interviews, and legal documentation.
• Provide training on risk management processes and incident reporting to hospital personnel.
• Offer expert consultation on informed consent, documentation standards, and disclosure practices.
• Oversee insurance policies related to professional liability, general liability, and property claims.
• Serve as the facility's Compliance and Ethics Officer.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited nursing school.
• NM RN license is required.
• Minimum of 5 years of nursing experience with at least 3 years in a director or manager role.
• Demonstrated experience in risk management within a healthcare setting.
• CPHRM certification is a plus, required within three years of employment.

Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive salary range: $120,000.00 - $150,000.00 USD
