RON SUNSHINE ASSOCIATES LLC is seeking a Director of Risk Management to lead the hospital's risk program, ensure regulatory compliance, and guide ethical practices. This senior role partners with leaders, clinicians, and staff to implement robust risk solutions and oversee litigation and incident reporting.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of nursing experience with 3+ years in a director/manager role, a nursing degree, and an NM RN license.

Qualificações

  • Bachelor's degree in nursing from an accredited nursing school.
  • NM RN license is required.
  • Minimum of 5 years nursing experience with at least 3 years in a director or manager role.
  • Demonstrated experience in risk management within a healthcare setting.
  • CPHRM certification is a plus, required within three years of employment.

Responsabilidades

  • Lead the overall risk management program focusing on risk identification, avoidance, and mitigation.
  • Collaborate with leadership, healthcare providers, and staff to implement risk management solutions.
  • Manage litigation-related activities including investigations, interviews, and legal documentation.
  • Provide training on risk management processes and incident reporting to hospital personnel.
  • Offer expert consultation on informed consent, documentation standards, and disclosure practices.
  • Oversee insurance policies related to professional liability, general liability, and property claims.
  • Serve as the facility's Compliance and Ethics Officer.

Compensation & Benefits
  • Competitive salary range: $120,000.00 - $150,000.00 USD
