Within Patient Financial Services, the Hospital Revenue Cycle Director will lead financial operations across a multi-campus network supported by the values and community commitment of a private non-profit healthcare organization. This leader will optimize patient access, registration, billing, collections, denials management, reimbursement, revenue integrity, and financial counseling while using analytics, automation, and performance dashboards to strengthen cash flow, reduce avoidable write-offs, and improve the financial experience for patients.

The Hospital Revenue Cycle Director will report to a senior hospital executive and receive support from experienced operational, finance, compliance, technology, and clinical leaders. Key responsibilities include developing revenue cycle strategy, monitoring key performance indicators, maintaining regulatory compliance, improving payer performance, guiding process redesign, and coaching Patient Financial Services teams.
