Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in social work, human services, or a related field is required.
• Minimum 3+ years of relevant experience in healthcare, disability services, human services, or a related setting.
• Minimum 2+ years of supervisory or management experience.
• Experience working with individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities is preferred.
• Experience with care coordination, program administration, or client services in a regulated environment is preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, organization, and collaboration skills.

Responsabilidades

• Provide leadership, supervision, and development for the Respite Care Coordinators, including hiring, onboarding, coaching, performance management, and ongoing feedback.
• Oversee intake, eligibility determination, ISP development, and scheduling to support program capacity and client care.
• Develop, update, and communicate protocols and processes that support efficient respite care coordination and ensure quality.
• Ensure compliance with state licensing requirements and Medicaid regulations, and promote strong documentation and risk management.
