Base pay range

$61,000.00/yr - $62,000.00/yr

Accountabilities Of SPIN's Director Of Residential Services
  • Supports and coaches assisting Directors in their professional development and the provision of best practices, outcomes-oriented support, and direct support for people.
  • Participates actively with the team at ISP meetings in developing person-centered Person Support Plans (ISPs), supervising and ensuring all aspects of the plan are implemented.
  • Manages resources and budgets within the assigned scope, ensuring efficiency and quality standards are met.
  • Maintains open communication with families and team members.
  • Ensures full compliance with applicable DHS regulations.
  • Ensures continuity of care within Residential Services.
  • Follows all timelines and processes to meet departmental and organizational needs.
  • Assists the Division Director in achieving organizational goals and outcomes.
  • Maintains safety, cleanliness, and maintenance of assigned homes in collaboration with Real Property.
  • Oversees documentation related to caseload, ensuring completeness, timeliness, and accuracy.
The Tools You Need
  • Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Special Education, or a related field.
  • Knowledge of DPW 6400 regulations and ODP requirements.
  • At least two years of supervisory experience working directly with adults with intellectual disabilities.
  • Valid driver’s license, own vehicle, and insurance.

  • Ability to work with diverse populations in various settings.
  • Patience and flexibility are essential.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and other Windows-based programs.
  • Accountability to SPIN standards and performance expectations.
  • Maintain professionalism at all times, in line with the Residential Services Directors Plan.
  • Flexible hours to meet the needs of teams, homes, and individuals in a 24/7 environment.

Work schedule: Monday-Friday, 40+ hours, with on-call and weekend flexibility.
