Role Description

The Director of Residential Services is a full-time, on-site leadership role located in Clarkston, MI, responsible for overseeing the quality, consistency, and effectiveness of residential services throughout the community. This role leads and supports residential staff, ensuring that assisted living and memory care programs meet regulatory standards, organizational policies, and the community’s commitment to Human Flourishing. Day-to-day responsibilities include supervising daily operations, coordinating resident services and care plans, monitoring occupancy and room readiness, and collaborating with wellness, hospitality, and activities teams to provide a comprehensive experience. The Director manages schedules, trains team members, supports performance development, and maintains documentation and reporting to ensure compliance and continuous improvement. This role also partners with families, responds to concerns, participates in budget planning for residential services, and contributes to strategic initiatives that enhance resident satisfaction and engagement.

Qualifications
