The Goodman Group, LLC in Flagstaff, AZ seeks a Director of Life Enrichment to lead resident programs that promote physical and psychosocial wellbeing and a vibrant community life. You will develop, implement and evaluate activity plans, supervise staff and volunteers, coordinate with departments, and manage budgets and records in accordance with regulations.

This role requires strong communication, English fluency, and a dedication to person-centered care, with the ability to adapt activities

Formación

• Degree in Therapeutic Recreation, Gerontology or Recreation Management is preferred.
• Licensed or Registered Therapeutic Recreation Therapist or eligible for certification.
• Minimum two years of social or recreational program management experience in healthcare.
• OT or OTA license may be required or preferred.
• Ability to complete a state-approved training course within 3 months.

Responsabilidades

• Develop, implement, facilitate, evaluate and direct Life Enrichment programs.
• Coordinate activities with other departments and organize resident outings.
• Publish monthly calendar and facility newsletter.
• Recruit, train and supervise volunteers and Life Enrichment staff.
• Maintain electronic records of department expenditures and cost reports.
• Ensure compliance with surveys and regulatory plans of correction.
