Job summary

Simplify Compliance seeks a Director of Research and Content to lead content strategy, research initiatives, and audience engagement for HR and talent executives. You will shape newsletters, publications, and events while driving impactful research and education programs.

The role represents the organization as a trusted voice across certifications, leadership councils, conferences, webinars, and other audience channels. Remote leadership opportunity.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of HR and talent management practices, trends, and challenges.
• Ability to translate audience needs and emerging trends into compelling content and experiences.
• Strong editorial judgment and sharp content oversight, with clear written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and stakeholders simultaneously.
• Proven track record of designing and executing high-impact adult training programs.
• Experience in leading, presenting and facilitating sessions for HR professionals and subject matter experts.

Responsibilities

• Develop Content Strategy across newsletters, research, events, learning and digital channels.
• Create HR editorial content including newsletters, articles, thought leadership and executive summaries.
• Create Research and Thought Leadership content from findings into reports, papers, and webinars.
• Speak, moderate and facilitate at conferences, webinars, and panels.
• Deliver HR Certification and Learning Programs, translating concepts into learning experiences.
• Support Leadership Councils with agendas, content and member engagement.
• Develop Conference and Event Programming and session topics.
• Recruit and manage speakers and build relationships with HR practitioners.
