Job summary

Simplify Compliance seeks a Director of Research and Content to lead content strategy, research initiatives, and audience engagement across newsletters, research publications, and events.

You will shape insights for HR and talent executives, translating complex research into accessible content, webinars, and learning programs while partnering with leadership councils, conferences, and certification efforts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Communications, or related field.
• 5+ years in HR research, content creation, talent management, or related areas.
• 1-3 years of experience leading or managing a team.
• HR certifications such as SHRM-CP/SCP or PHR/SPHR are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute an integrated content strategy for HR audiences across multiple channels.
• Write and manage HR newsletters, thought leadership, and educational content.
• Translate research findings into reports, white papers, and webinars.
• Represent the organization as a subject-matter expert at conferences and webinars.
• Deliver certification training and learning programs aligned with HR concepts.
