Job summary

Evolve Therapy Services, LLC seeks a Director of Rehabilitation in Oklahoma City, OK to oversee the therapy operations and ensure compliance with policies and standards. The role leads the therapy program and collaborates with the facility team under the Regional Director of Operations.

The position requires a degree in PT, OT, or SLP with active state licensure, plus strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Sign-on bonus is offered for this in-house SNF role.

Qualifications

• Must have an active license in PT/PTA, OT/OTA, or SLP in state(s) of practice.
• Continuing education to maintain licensure and certification.
• Experience with PDPM and MDS management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all therapy operations at the facility and ensure compliance with standards.
• Lead and train therapy staff, establish procedures with the interdisciplinary team.
• Ensure documentation and billing meet regulatory and company requirements.
• Communicate professionally with patients and families while addressing requests.
• Perform additional duties as needed to support organizational goals.
