Evolve Therapy Services is hiring a Director of Rehabilitation for an in-house Skilled Nursing Facility in Temple, OK. You will oversee therapy operations, ensure compliance with policies, collaborate with the interdisciplinary team, and drive high-quality therapy services to residents.

The role requires a degree in PT/OT/SLP, an active license in the practice states, ongoing licensure renewal, and strong leadership and communication skills. PDPM/MDS experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Degree in Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, or Speech Language Pathology.
• Active license in state(s) of practice (PT/ PTA/ OT / OTA / SLP).
• Continuing education and professional development to maintain licensure.
• Experience with PDPM and MDS management preferred.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking.

Responsabilités

• Is responsible for all aspects of therapy operations at the facility in accordance with established policies, procedures, and practices of the company under the direction of the Regional Director of Operations
• Oversight and management of all aspects of the therapy program in assigned facility/facilities.
• Knowledge of, and adherence to all regulatory requirements, company policies, procedures, processes and guidelines, HIPAA, confidentiality standards and resident rights.
• Establish facility-specific procedures in collaboration with the facility interdisciplinary team, and train all therapy staff on established procedures.
• Ensure all therapists provide therapy services in accordance with regulatory requirements and company policies, procedures, and productivity standards.
• Ensure all therapists adhere to documentation and billing requirements.
• Communicate and interact professionally with patients and family members.
• Perform all other duties as assigned to discharge responsibilities of the position.
