Job summary

Ultimate Therapy is seeking a Director of Rehabilitation (DOR) to lead therapy services at Long Green at Autumn Lake in Baltimore, MD. The DOR will oversee PT, OT, and SLP teams and collaborate with facility leadership to help residents reach their goals.

The role requires active Maryland licensure in a therapy field and skilled nursing facility experience. Knowledge of Medicare and PDPM documentation is essential. Competitive salary ranges and full benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active Maryland license as a COTA, OT, PT, PTA, or SLP.
• Skilled nursing facility experience required.
• Knowledge of Medicare, PDPM, and therapy documentation.
• Prior ADOR or DOR experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily rehab operations, including scheduling, caseloads, and team development.
• Support quality care, accurate documentation, and Medicare and PDPM compliance.
• Partner with nursing, administration, and other care teams on resident needs.
• Coach therapists and help improve rehab services and outcomes.
