Job summary

Ultimate Therapy is seeking a Director of Rehabilitation (DOR) to lead therapy services at Long Green at Autumn Lake in Baltimore, MD. The DOR will oversee PT, OT, and SLP teams and collaborate with facility leadership to help residents reach their goals.

The role requires active Maryland licensure in a therapy field and skilled nursing facility experience. Knowledge of Medicare and PDPM documentation is essential. Competitive salary ranges and full benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active Maryland license as a COTA, OT, PT, PTA, or SLP.
• Skilled nursing facility experience required.
• Knowledge of Medicare, PDPM, and therapy documentation.
• Prior ADOR or DOR experience is a plus.

Ultimate Therapy is hiring a Director of Rehabilitation to lead therapy services at Long Green at Autumn Lake. You'll support the PT, OT, and SLP teams while working closely with facility leadership to help residents reach their goals.
