Job summary

Saber Health Group seeks a Director of Rehabilitation to organize, develop, and direct the Rehabilitation Service Department. You will lead clinical operations, ensure policy compliance, and drive goals for resident outcomes in a skilled nursing setting.

You will manage staff, collaborate with medical teams, and promote quality care while advancing professional development and program growth.

Qualifications

• Must possess a valid and current license as a therapist or therapist assistant granted from the state of employment.
• Minimum two (2) years of experience in a therapy role in a hospital, rehabilitation community or other related healthcare setting, preferably in long term care.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the Rehabilitation Service Department operations and ensure compliance with applicable standards.
• Direct and coordinate therapy services to achieve resident goals and optimal physical function.
• Collaborate with physicians, nursing and therapy teams to develop and implement care plans.

Position Summary:

As the Director of Rehabilitation, it is your responsibility to organize, develop, manage, and direct the overall operations of the Rehabilitation Service Department in accordance with current federal, state and local standards, guidelines and regulations that govern the community. The Director of Rehabilitation will seek to return the resident to the optimal physical function and facilitate achievement of resident, Physician, and therapy goals. Follows all health, sanitary and infection control policies and maintains established standards of practice set forth by the community's administration and Rehabilitation Policies and Procedures.

Education/Qualifications:

• Must possess a valid and current license as a therapist or therapist assistant granted from the state of employment.
• Minimum two (2) years of experience in a therapy role in a hospital, rehabilitation community or other related healthcare community, preferably in long term care.

Shift & Wage:

• Full-Time Opportunity Available
• Shifts Needed: Monday - Friday
• Wage: $35.00 - $50.00
