Job summary

Samaritan Nursing and Rehab is seeking a Director of Rehabilitation to lead the development, implementation, and evaluation of rehabilitation programs across our facility. You will ensure residents receive comprehensive, individualized plans addressing their needs and goals while working with an interdisciplinary team to coordinate care.

You will provide leadership to rehabilitation staff, promote a culture of excellence, and drive ongoing education, quality improvement, and best practice
