Pine Hill Rehabilitation and Wellness Center in Birmingham, AL is seeking an experienced Director of Rehabilitation to lead our therapy department. You will oversee operations, develop treatment plans, supervise staff, and ensure high-quality patient care and regulatory compliance.

The role offers a competitive salary range ($80k-$110k) based on licensure and experience, with comprehensive benefits and opportunities for professional development.

Formación

• Active licensure in Alabama and certified by the relevant professional organization.
• Excellent communication, leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with patients, families, and healthcare providers.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee the daily operations of the rehabilitation department, including developing and implementing treatment plans, staffing, and budgeting.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless communication and coordination of care.
• Conduct patient assessments, develop and update treatment plans, and communicate with patients, families, and healthcare providers.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, accrediting organizations, and professional standards.
• Recruit, mentor, and lead staff to provide exceptional patient care and customer service.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and evidence-based practices to continuously improve rehabilitation programs.
