Job summary

Continuum Therapy Partners, LLC in Sterling Heights, MI, is seeking a Director of Rehab to lead our therapy services across facilities. This role requires oversight of PT, PTA, OT, COTA, and SLP teams, ensuring compliant, high-quality patient care, program development, and collaboration with facility leadership.

You'll manage scheduling, referrals, and departmental operations while coordinating with staff and administration.

Qualifications

• Must hold a degree/certification in one of the therapy disciplines.
• Ability to lead and develop rehabilitation programs.
• Strong collaboration with facility leadership.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional support services to rehabilitation center residents.
• Initiate referrals as suitable and compliant with Therapy Department procedures.
• Plan, schedule, arrange, direct and oversee rehabilitation services to ensure optimum departmental operation.
• Establish program development objectives and conduct ongoing analysis of effectiveness.
• Develop and maintain relations between Continuum employees and facility staff and administration.

Education

Graduate of an accredited therapy program (PT, PTA, OT, COTA or SLP)
