Relient Health seeks a caring and compassionate Director of Rehab (DOR)/ Therapy Program Manager to work in a great Skilled Nursing Facility setting. This full-time, permanent position offers a chance to make a real difference in patients' lives.
Qualifications
- State licensure or eligibility to practice as a Physical Therapist (PT), Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA), Occupational Therapist (OT), Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA), or Speech Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC)
- Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation Certification (CPR)
- Basic Life Support Certification (BLS)
- Stable work history
- Experience as a Director of Rehab/ Therapy Program Manager preferred
Responsibilities
- Provide leadership, direction, and administration of day-to-day operations related to patient care, clinical education, and development.
- Communicate a shared vision for clinical excellence and ensure high-quality, cost-effective healthcare services aligned with evidence-based practices, policies, regulatory, and legal requirements.
- Foster a service-oriented culture focused on practice, collaboration, employee engagement, quality, patient safety, service excellence, fiscal responsibility, and the overall patient/resident experience.
- Collaborate with administration and center leadership to drive business excellence, including strategic planning, budget management, and resource oversight.
