Sylacauga Health and Rehab in Sylacauga, AL is seeking an energetic Director of Rehab to lead our rehab services for residents. The role is open to licensed OTs, OTAs, PTs, PTAs, or SLPs who hold Alabama licenses and graduate from an accredited program.
The successful candidate will supervise staff, ensure quality patient care, manage staffing, and drive performance across clinical, financial, and customer service metrics within a skilled nursing setting.
Qualifications
- Must hold Alabama license as OT/OTA/PT/PTA/SLP.
- Graduate from an accredited program in the practice area.
- Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing preferred.
