Job summary

Mt-Tabor-Health- is seeking a committed Director of Rehabilitation to lead our rehab department in a patient-centered, full-time capacity. The DOR will oversee therapy services, ensure high-quality care, and drive clinical and operational excellence with strong leadership.

The ideal candidate is a licensed PT, OT, SLP, PTA, or COTA with skilled nursing experience of 2+ years, proven supervision abilities, and a collaborative approach to care delivery within a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed PT, OT, SLP, PTA, or COTA with skilled nursing experience for 2+ years.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, orient, and train Rehab Department
• Coordinate treatment activity between disciplines and team members
• Assist with the interview process for hiring
• Ensure that therapists and therapy assistants are compliant with documentation
• Communicate effectively with administration regarding department programs, goals, objectives, risks, and successes
• Ensure timely and accurate billing of services provided and completion of required documentation
• Attends all mandatory meetings and training
• Assures all patient care activities are performed according to the company policies and procedures
• Contribute to client relations and community education activities
