Premier Therapy is seeking a seasoned Facility Rehab Director in Lititz, PA, to lead a multidisciplinary therapy team across skilled nursing facilities. You will drive clinical excellence, ensure regulatory compliance, and shape patient outcomes with data-driven care plans.

Ideal candidates hold an active PA therapy license, have leadership experience in rehab settings, and demonstrate a commitment to mentorship, quality improvement, and collaborative care.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active PA therapy license.

Responsibilities
