Tender Touch Rehab Services LLC is hiring a Director of Rehab - FT to lead our SNF and long-term care rehab programs in New Jersey.

You will supervise all rehab team members, develop clinical programs, ensure quality care, and partner with regional leadership to advance patient outcomes and staff growth.

Qualifications

• Licensed therapist in the state of practice.
• Leadership or supervisory experience in a rehab setting.
• Strong organizational, communication, and team-building skills.
• Knowledge of regulatory standards and rehab program compliance.
• Ability to manage staff performance and clinical quality.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support all rehab team members across disciplines.
• Ensure clinical programs operate effectively and consistently.
• Lead and participate in facility meetings as scheduled by the regional or management.
• Assist in developing and implementing new clinical programs and initiatives.
• Monitor compliance with screening policies and documentation standards.
• Oversee timely completion of documentation and chart audits.
• Ensure staff adhere to all policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with facility and upper management to support rehab goals and quality care.
