Tender Touch Rehab Services LLC is hiring a Director of Rehab (full-time) to oversee the rehab team in skilled nursing/long-term care settings in New Jersey. You will lead all disciplines, ensure high-quality clinical programs, and drive strategies that improve patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Licensed therapist in state of practice (PTA, COTA, PT, OT, or SLP).
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience in rehab settings.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support all rehab team members across disciplines.
• Ensure clinical programs operate effectively and consistently.
• Lead and participate in facility meetings as scheduled by regional/management.
• Assist in developing and implementing new clinical programs and initiatives.
• Monitor screening policies and documentation standards.
• Oversee timely completion of documentation and chart audits.
• Ensure staff adhere to policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with facility and upper management to support rehab goals.
