Renewal Rehab, part of Enhance Therapies, is hiring a Director of Rehab - FT to lead our SNF/long-term care rehabilitation program in Michigan. You’ll supervise a multidisciplinary team, shape clinical programs, and drive quality care across facilities.

Qualifications

• Licensed therapist (PTA, COTA, PT, OT, or SLP) in the state of practice.
• Leadership or supervisory experience in rehab setting.
• Ability to manage staff performance and ensure clinical quality.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support rehab team across all disciplines.
• Ensure clinical programs operate effectively and consistently.
• Lead and participate in facility meetings as scheduled by regional/management.
• Assist in developing and implementing new clinical programs and initiatives.
• Monitor compliance with screening policies and documentation standards.
• Oversee timely completion of documentation and chart audits.
• Ensure staff adhere to policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with facility and upper management to support rehab goals and quality care.
