Job summary

Renewal Rehab is seeking a Director of Rehab to lead and mentor our multidisciplinary team in a SNF/long-term care setting. The role focuses on sustaining high-quality clinical programs, driving performance, and collaborating with regional leadership to meet rehab goals.

The ideal candidate will bring licensed status in PT/OT/Speech and proven supervisory experience, with strong organizational and communication skills to foster a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Licensed therapist (PTA, COTA, PT, OT, or SLP) in the state of practice.
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience in a rehab setting.
• Strong organizational, communication, and team-building skills.
• Knowledge of regulatory standards and rehab program compliance.
• Ability to manage staff performance and clinical quality.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support all rehab team members across disciplines.
• Ensure clinical programs operate effectively and consistently.
• Lead and participate in facility meetings as scheduled.
• Develop and implement new clinical programs and initiatives.
• Monitor screening policies, documentation standards, and audits.
• Oversee timely completion of documentation and chart audits.
• Ensure adherence to policies and procedures; collaborate with leadership.
