Tender Touch Rehab Services, part of Enhance Therapies, is hiring a Director of Rehab (FT) to join our team in Freehold, NJ. A licensed PTA, COTA, PT, OT, or SLP is required, with leadership experience and a commitment to high-quality rehab services.

Qualifications

• Licensed therapist (PTA, COTA, PT, OT, or SLP) in the state of practice.
• Leadership or supervisory experience in a rehab setting preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support all members of the rehab team across all disciplines.
• Ensure clinical programs operate effectively and consistently.
• Lead and participate in facility meetings as scheduled by regional/management.
• Develop and implement new clinical programs and initiatives.
• Monitor compliance with screening policies and documentation standards.
• Oversee timely completion of documentation and chart audits.
• Ensure staff adhere to all policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with facility and upper management to support rehab goals and quality care.
