Qualifications

• Licensed therapist (PTA, COTA, PT, OT, or SLP) in the state of practice.
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience in a rehab setting.
• Strong organizational, communication, and team-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support all rehab team members across disciplines.
• Ensure clinical programs run effectively and consistently.
• Lead facility meetings with regional/management teams.
• Develop and implement new clinical programs and initiatives.
• Monitor documentation compliance and conduct chart audits.
• Oversee timely documentation and adherence to policies.
