Job summary

Powerback is hiring a Director of Rehabilitation to lead a compassionate team across physical, occupational, speech, and respiratory therapy services. You will oversee all rehab operations in the facility, mentor clinicians, and ensure high-quality patient care that restores function and independence.

You have a Bachelor's in a rehabilitation discipline, a state license, and strong knowledge of Medicare billing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, or Speech-Language Pathology; Master's degree preferred.
• Licensed or eligible for licensure in state of practice.
• Thorough knowledge of Medicare and third-party billing.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to make independent decisions and problem-solve.
• Thorough knowledge of state practice acts.
• Ability to interact positively with personnel, patients, residents, family members, visitors, government agencies/personnel and the general public.
• Ability to manage and motivate staff.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of clinicians delivering rehab services.

As a Director of Rehabilitation, you are leading a team of compassionate clinicians who help patients get well. You and your team are bringing power back to the patients you serve. In doing this, you will oversee all rehab services in your facility, support your team by providing direct patient care, and ensure the highest standards of rehabilitation services.

Qualifications

1. 1. Bachelor's degree in a rehabilitation discipline (Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy or Speech-Language Pathology) required; Master's degree preferred
2. 2. Licensed and/or eligible for licensure as required in the state of practice
3. 3. Thorough knowledge of Medicare and third party billing required

Posted Salary Range: USD $35.50 - USD $50.00 /Hr.
